Mirame…………….
It’s the way she makes me feel.
It’s the only thing that’s real.
It’s the way she understands.
She’s my lover, she’s my friend.
And when I look into her eyes it’s the way I feel inside.
Like the man I want to be.
She’s all I ever need.

Abu pula kembali membawa 10 biji anggur. Ketua puak menerangkan perkara yang sama kepada Abu. Abu merasa takdelah susah mana. Dari jauh Amat mendengar orang-orang asli menjerit SATU!!! DUA!!!! TIGA!!! EMPAT!!! LIMA!!! ENAM!!! TUJUH!!! LAPAN!!!!, tiba-tiba Amat terdengar Abu ketawa terbahak-bahak. Beberapa minit kemudian Abu diletakkan bersebelahan Amat dalam kawah besar.
"Weiii yang ko gelak apehal???…ko dah nak lepas tadi dah!!" bentak Amat.
Abu jawab "takleh tahanla beb…tengah aku relax2 sumbat anggur tiba2 Budin balik bawak tembikai 10 bijik".

Counteracting Flash’s Automatic Resize
December 13, 2005
In the body, …
function writeFlash() { // Jason M. Batchelor // mori57@mac.com // Determine what client we're using... NS4=(document.layers); // The only reason we have to do this based on client-type, is because IE does not // support the use of the onResize event when there is an ActiveX control on a page. // If you want IE to automatically reload on a resize, you'll have to set up a // frameset like the one that this is contained within. if (NS4) onresize = location.reload(); // If it's Netscape, use innerWidth, if IE, document.body.clientWidth, to ascertain // the amount of screen space you have available.Do the same to retrieve the height // of the page. var winWid = (NS4) ? innerWidth : document.body.clientWidth; // -25 takes into account scrollbars. Take this out if you don't have to worry about // scrollbars on your page. winWid = winWid - 25; var winHgt = (NS4) ? innerHeight : document.body.clientHeight; winHgt = winHgt; // Create a string that contains the <OBJECT> and <EMBED> code for your Flash movie. // I've omitted the CODEBASE and PLUGINPAGE attributes, as you can get the latest attributes // when you first generate your <object> and <embed> code from within Flash. var imStr = "<OBJECT classid='clsid:D27CDB6E-AE6D-11cf-96B8-444553540000'" + " WIDTH='" + winWid + "' HEIGHT='" + winHgt + "' align='left'>" + " <PARAM NAME=movie VALUE='resizex.swf?scaleX=" + winWid + "&scaleY=" + winHgt + "'>" + " <PARAM NAME=quality VALUE=high>" + " <PARAM NAME=bgcolor VALUE=#FFFFFF>" + " <param name='SCALE' value='exactfit'>" + " <EMBED src='resizex.swf?scaleX=" + winWid + "&scaleY=" + winHgt + "'" + " quality=high bgcolor=#FFFFFF WIDTH='" + winWid + "'" + " HEIGHT='" + winHgt + "' TYPE='application/x-shockwave-flash'" + " align='left' scale='exactfit'>" + " </EMBED> " + " </OBJECT>"; // Now, with all the above plugged in, tell Javascript to write out the plugin code. document.write(imStr);}writeFlash(); // Call the routine, above.

16 Careers You Don’t Need A Four-Year Degree to Pursue
December 13, 2005
By Andrea Coombes (from Marketwatch)
The reigning assumption among many Americans is that teenagers go directly from high school to college, but that’s not the way life always works.
Just 27% of Americans over age 25 hold bachelor’s degrees or higher, according to 2004 Census data. See the Census data.
These days, that lack of a college degree is likelier to mean a steep hit to earnings. "Increasingly, the days of blue-collar jobs that have lower educational and skill requirements but pay an outstanding wage are disappearing," said Jerry Rubin, vice president of Jobs for the Future, a nonprofit research group that works with foundations and federal and state agencies to create job training programs.
But lack of a college degree doesn’t have to mean slogging for a pittance in a dead-end job, according to a recent report by JFF.
The report details 16 jobs, all in growing industries, that pay more than $25,000 a year, are available to workers holding an associate’s degree or less, and don’t require a significant amount of previous work experience.
Those occupations include nursing, carpentry, bookkeeping, plumbers and electricians. (See full list below.)
"There’s no question that the payoff for a college degree is highly valuable and getting more valuable every year, [but] there are major occupations with large numbers of jobs going wanting that pay reasonably good wages, and are within reach of working adults that don’t yet have postsecondary education," Rubin said.
Some barriers to entry
But just because you don’t necessarily need a college degree doesn’t mean entry into these jobs is easy.
For instance, "registered nurse" tops the list of 16 jobs because it has the greatest number of projected annual job openings, but that job poses barriers for some lower-skilled entrants, including training programs that tend to be highly competitive and full-time.
"Registered nurse is certainly an excellent paying occupation and an occupation where there are tremendous shortages," Rubin said. But, he added, entry to the field usually requires at least three years of full-time study and "very, very strong math and science skills."
An alternative is to become a licensed practical nurse, another job on the list. Certification is often available through part-time training programs, making that occupation a more manageable entry point into the nursing field for those needing to support themselves and a family.
A similar caveat applies to the information-technology field, Rubin said, noting that IT personnel managers often seek applicants with on-the-job experience.
IT job-training programs that fail to include work experience or internship opportunities "are doing a disservice to the individuals trying to get into that industry," Rubin said. The JFF report is aimed at those who create job-training programs.
"Working people with limited skills and limited incomes don’t have the time or resources to go down the wrong path," he said. "It’s very important that any … training institution has a very fine-grained understanding of what employers are looking for."
There are few barriers into the field of "customer-service representative," but workers often don’t last long on the job because of "highly routinized work and a stressful emotional environment" from dealing with irate customers, according to the report.
For more details on the pros and cons of each of the occupations listed, read the full report. See the full report as a PDF document.
List of jobs
Together, the following 16 occupations are projected to create more than 700,000 new jobs nationally each year, according to JFF.
The jobs are ranked by annual projected job openings. For instance, the "registered nurse" category is forecast to create 110,119 new jobs annually, while it’s estimated there will be 20,511 new jobs for plumbers, pipefitters and steamfitters each year.
The dollar amount represents median earnings for each occupation, according to JFF.
1. Registered nurse, $48,090
2. Customer-service representative, $26,240
3. Sales representative (in nontechnical wholesale and manufacturing), $42,730
4. Truck driver, heavy and tractor-trailer, $33,210
5. Maintenance and repair worker, general, $29,370
6. Bookkeeping, accounting and auditing clerk, $27,380
7. Executive secretary and administrative assistant, $33,410
8. Secretary (not legal, medical and executive), $25,290
9. Carpenter, $34,190
10. Automotive-service technician and mechanic, $30,590
11. Police and sheriff’s patrol officer, $42,270
12. Licensed practical and licensed vocational nurse, $31,440
13. Electrician, $41,390
14. All other sales and related workers, $35,170
15. Computer-support specialist, $39,100
16. Plumber, pipefitter and steamfitter, $40,170

How much RAM do you need?
December 13, 2005
512 MB
There are a few situations where having just 512 MB system memory in your
computer can be enough.
- If you run your games at low quality settings (small texture size) because
you have an outdated CPU and graphics card, or because you prefer FPS over
visual quality. - If you only use one application at a time.
- If it is your grandmother’s computer.
If you are buying a new computer, even if it’s a laptop, opt for more than
512 MB - you will never regret it.
1 GB
Indeed, 1 GB of system memory will most likely be enough for the average user
and for people.
- It will allow you to play new games at their highest quality settings, given
that you have an adequate processor and a powerful graphics solution. - You won’t have to shut down non-critical applications when you want to play a game.
- You can (accidentally) press the Windows button while in a game without dying from a
stroke during the seconds it takes to read Windows back into system memory from
the swap file. - If you go from 512 MB to 1 GB, you will notice the difference all the time.
Starting up Photoshop while working with Word, an Internet browser, e-mail
client and Acrobat Reader will go so much faster, and switching between the
applications is a breeze.
2 GB
Still there are situations where more than 1 GB is what you want.
- If you are a professional user, you might need more than 1 GB for really
heavy applications. - If you intend to do heavy multitasking, especially if you have more than one
CPU or CPU core. Running RAM intensive games such as World of Warcraft,
downloading files via high speed FTP or encrypted protocols, Bittorrent or any
P2P program; decompressing large archives and playing large size video files in
a window or on second monitor all at the same time can max out your system
memory pretty fast - if your CPU can handle it.
I think I am a 4GB user
Low Back Pain
December 13, 2005
Most pain in the low back (lumbosacral region) is triggered by
some combination of overuse, muscle strain, or injury to the muscles and
ligaments that support the spine. Many experts believe that over time, chronic
muscle strain can lead to an overall imbalance in the spinal structure. This
leads to a constant tension on the muscles, ligaments, bones, and discs, making
the back more prone to injury or reinjury.
The causes of low back pain tend to be
interrelated. For example, after straining muscles, you are likely to use your
back differently than usual. As other parts of your back work harder or move in
unaccustomed ways to make up for the injured muscles, they also become more
prone to injury.
The most common causes of low back pain are:
- Strain of muscles, ligaments, facet joints, the sacroiliac joints, or coccyx (coccygodynia). This can be the result
of a sudden injury or overuse. - Pressure on nerve roots in the spinal canal.
Nerve root compression can be caused by:- A herniated disc, often brought on
by repeated vibration or motion (as during machine use or sport activity, or
when lifting improperly), or by a sudden heavy strain or increased pressure to
the lower back. - Osteoarthritis (facet joint
degeneration), which typically develops with age. - Spondylolysis
and spondylolisthesis, vertebra defects that can allow a vertebra to slide
over another when aggravated by certain activities. - Spinal
stenosis, which typically develops with age. - Spinal deformities, including curvature problems such as
scoliosis and kyphosis (unless
severe, these rarely cause symptoms). - Compression fractures, more
common among postmenopausal women with osteoporosis, or after long-term
corticosteroid use. In a person with osteoporosis, even a small amount of force
put on the spine, as from a sneeze, may cause a compression fracture.
- A herniated disc, often brought on
- Fractures of the vertebrae caused by significant force
(as from an auto or bicycle accident, a direct blow to the spine, or compressing
the spine by falling onto the buttocks or head).
Less common spinal conditions that can cause low
back pain include:
Other medical conditions that can cause low back
pain include:
- Pelvic
inflammatory disease. - Aortic aneurysm.
- Peptic
ulcers. - Gallbladder disease.
- Pancreatitis.
